Polarised Lenses

Polarised lenses provide you clear, reflection free vision by reducing glare and reflections from surfaces. They look the same as a normal pair of sunglasses, but have a special coating which helps to block out horizontal light, only allowing vertically polarised light through. Certain reflections, from a wet road, or bodies of water/snow can be distracting, leading to eye strain. Wearing polarised lenses can protect those who are extra sensitive to light or want to have clearer vision for hobbies such as fishing, driving, skiing or spending time on a boat. These are helpful for all, including those who are more sensitive to light, such as those with cataracts or macular degeneration.
